#26 September 2026

#Workshop

• No staff limit during the free trial. Subscribing adds a seat for each active person past the plan's own, and the plan cards show it before you pick. See Extra staff.
• Monthly or yearly can be picked on your current plan. During the trial every plan can be subscribed to either way; once subscribed, the plan cards switch between monthly and yearly or change plan on the same subscription.

#Sheets

• Switch businesses from your name in the top bar.
• Locations are gone: everything is logged against workspaces.
• Logging work against a workspace saves again. Picking a workspace on a sheet could fail with "That workspace is no longer available". Analytics now groups work by workspace.
• The trial email and the "can see own pay" hint say what's true.

#Workshop

• Works without Shopify, on every plan. Book a job in with Drop off, then parts, labour, notes and the timer on a job sheet kept in Workshop; the total goes in the ready email. See Drop-off without Shopify.
• One waiver for every job. Customers sign it at drop-off, from the link in their booking confirmation, or from a job's … → Get the waiver signed. See Waivers.
• Extra staff: Team and Connected add a seat for each person past their plan's staff, A$12 a month. See Extra staff.
• Plans: WhatsApp is on Team and Connected; Podium and Lightspeed on Connected.
• The board keeps up. A moved card no longer stays faded, and a job paid or completed on the POS shows on the board within seconds.
• Paid jobs stay in Completed until midnight, then leave the board. Send invoice is on finished jobs' menus.
• The setup checklist stays closed once you close it.
• The dashboard's "Hours spent" is now Hours billed.
• Logos upload as PNG or JPEG.
• Supercycle is gone.
• The job timer counts. A job with no labour line counts its timed hours on the dashboard, instead of the booked length.
• Internal jobs record their labour. A job booked as rental or assembly now always makes its $0 labour order when it's finished.
• Waivers: "Every job" asks on every job, and a waiver signed at drop-off stays on the job after it's taken.
• Messages show when a WhatsApp was delivered and read.

#Cycles

• Search bookings by name, phone, email or number, past and future. See Bookings.
• Hand over warns when a rider hasn't signed or given ID.
• Refunds go back the way they were paid: through Shopify from the booking, or recorded for the Lightspeed till or the counter. See Refunds.
• The Workshop bundle is with Workshop Connected.
• Phone numbers go to Shopify in international form, so a booking with an 04 number can still be paid through Shopify.
• Online bookings are limited to 3 an hour per customer and 10 per device, and ID uploads are checked to really be photos or PDFs.

#Service

• Delete a customer, car or service record.
• Search finds plates with or without spaces, and cars by make and model.

• Now at docs.notjust.com.au.

#Security

• Workshop pages can no longer be shown inside another website (except the booking page, made for that), and Podium messages older than ten minutes are refused.

#Workshop

• Integrations fold away once connected, and each one lists what it unlocks. See Integrations.
• Asks before messaging a customer. Moving a job to a status that would email or text the customer now lists what would go out: Send, Don't send, or Cancel. See Customer emails, texts and templates.
• Taking a job starts it now, even after closing, so it stays on today. A job finished before its booked time moves to end when it was finished.
• Phones go to Shopify as +61 on drafts, orders and deposits, so an 04 number no longer stops a drop-off.
• Job sheet fits one screen: notes open big on a click, product search drops over the tiles, custom item on one row.
• Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) connects from Integrations, shared with Cycles.
• WhatsApp: message customers from a job and send job templates by WhatsApp. See WhatsApp.
• Podium: texts, payment links, review invites, and templates that send when a job moves. See Podium.
• Settings: Shopify moved into Integrations; Drop-off has its own tab.

#Cycles

• Lightspeed: bookings go on the Lightspeed till as parked sales and show paid by themselves. See Payments.
• Online booking page and website widget, paid at Shopify's checkout or at pickup. See Booking page.
• Plans: Just, Team and Fleet, monthly or annual; 20% off with Workshop; Fleet overage from the month's average. See Plans.
• Agreements and ID per rider from a link, QR code or the counter tablet, and renter emails for confirmation, pickup, due back and overdue.

#23 September 2026

• Cycles launched: fleet (models, sizes, prices, assets, import), counter bookings with live price and availability, handover, return, swaps, charges ledger, service intervals, reports.
• Workshop: paid jobs leave the board the day after they're finished; unpaid ones wait for pickup.
• Workshop dashboard: By person counts Shopify orders by the staff name tagged on them; the rest show as Unassigned.
• Sheets: shifts can plan items as well as hours.

#21 September 2026

• Sheets: Schedule. Plan shifts for many people and weeks at once; everyone sees their next four weeks; shifts appear in notjust. Calendar.
• Sheets: pay is the owner's. Managers review hours and output, never pay, and never their own sheet.
• Calendar: every open task is listed and ticks off in place.
• Workshop: paid jobs can be fulfilled in Shopify by themselves.

#20 September 2026

• Workshop plans: Just, Team and Connected, monthly or yearly (two months free).
• Workshop waivers: wording and validity in Settings, signed on the counter tablet or by QR.
• Workshop dashboard: one date button with presets and a month calendar.

#17 to 19 September 2026

• Workshop: drop-off from templates, deposits on the POS, the job sheet with timer and usual products, invoices at pickup, inventory report, dashboard with CSV and PDF export, settings in sections, not only bikes (your own word for what you look after), Shopify credentials encrypted.
• Service: quick add by typing a plate, car or customer.
