Workshop
Run a repair or service shop from drop-off to pickup, with your Shopify, calendar, customers and team in one place.
Workshop runs the shop floor. A job comes in (at the counter, from Shopify or from your booking page), waits in the queue, gets taken by someone, is worked on in its job sheet, and finishes as a Shopify order ready to pay. Along the way the customer can sign a waiver, pay a deposit, follow the job from a link and get texts or emails at each step.
It isn't only for bikes: pick your own word (vehicles, scooters, equipment) in Settings and the whole app uses it.

What each plan includes
Just runs the board, with or without Shopify; Team adds the calendar, online booking, assets and WhatsApp; Connected adds Shopify, Podium and Lightspeed. Full details in Plans and billing.
