Fleet
Models (what customers book, with prices, sizes and deposit), assets (each unit you hand over), add-ons and locations.
Fleet holds what you rent out: models, the assets under them, the extras that go with them, and where they're picked up.
Models
A model is what customers book: "Tern GSD cargo e-bike". Each unit of it is an asset. Add a model:

How the price is worked out
Cycles charges the cheapest way to cover the time with the prices you set. For example:
- 3 hours with an hourly price and a half day: whichever is less.
- 9 days with a daily and a weekly price: 1 week + 2 days, or 2 weeks if that's cheaper.
The quote shows how it was worked out before you book.
Assets
Add assets: pick the model and size, and paste serial numbers one per line (or give a count if they have none yet). Each asset has:
- Label: what staff call it ("Cargo 3").
- Serial number, size, location.
- Status: Ready, Reserved, Out, Returned, Inspecting, In service, Retired.
- Purchase cost and bought on: optional; lets reports show when it has paid for itself.
- Odometer in km, updated at handover and return.
Import a list
Import a list: paste from a spreadsheet, one asset per line, model, serial number, size. New models are made for you; add their prices after.
The asset page
Click an asset for its rentals, what it's earned, whether it's paid back, its service costs, what's changed since last service, and its service log. From there: Send to service, Ready to rent, or Edit.
Filters
Filter the list by model and by status (In the fleet hides retired ones), and see what's service due.
Add-ons
Helmets, locks, racks, damage cover: extras customers can add to a booking. Each has a price Once a booking or Per day, and optionally how many you have (leave empty if you never run out).
Locations
Where assets are picked up and returned. One is enough for a single shop.
