Inventory
Stock on hand in Shopify, by location, filtered like a report and saved as views for the team. Connected plan.
Inventory shows your Shopify stock by location, read live from Shopify each time. Nothing is copied or stored. Connected plan, with Shopify connected.
Reading it
Rows are grouped by vendor, then product, then variant. Columns are your locations, with a Total per row and a Grand total. A number below zero means sold or ordered but not received yet.
Filters

Reset filters goes back to the default. Filters are kept in that browser.
With a very large store, only the first part is shown until you narrow the filters: it says so.
Saved views
Set up filters you use often (say, "Both shops, not received") and Save filters as a view. Saved views are shared with the whole team: one click brings them back.
- Update [view] saves changes to the view you're on.
- The × on a view deletes it, for everyone.
Export
CSV downloads what's on screen, filters applied. Refresh reads Shopify again.
