Bookings
Take a booking at the counter with live prices and availability, and find today's pickups, returns and overdue rentals.
The bookings list

Search above the tabs finds any booking, past or future, by the customer's name, phone, email or booking number.
It opens on Today when there's something today, else Overdue, else Upcoming. The Dashboard has the same day at a glance: going out, coming back, overdue.
Make a booking at the counter
Bookings → New booking.
- Customer: name, email and phone. The same email as an earlier booking is matched to that customer.
- Pickup and Return: dates and times.
- Location, when you have more than one.
- Riders: one line per person, with their model, size (or Any size), name and height. Height helps pick the size.
- Add-ons, and Notes.
As you go, the quote updates: Rental, Add-ons, Total, and the Deposit, held. If there aren't enough free for those times, it says what's short.
Book models now; the exact asset is picked when it goes out.
A booking's page

Booking statuses
Pending (online, waiting for payment) → Booked → Out → Returned → Completed. Or Cancelled, or No-show.
Before it goes out, a booking can be marked No-show or Cancel booking. After it comes back, Complete closes it.
