Setting up Cycles

#1. Create the business

Register, then Set up your rental business: the business name, language (English or Lithuanian) and timezone. A 14-day trial starts; no card needed.

#2. Add your fleet

Fleet → Models: what customers book (say "Cargo e-bike", sizes M and L), with its prices and deposit. Then Add assets: each unit you hand over, with serial numbers. Or Import a list straight from a spreadsheet. See Fleet.

#3. Rental rules

Settings → Rental rules: the gap between rentals, and the late fee and grace period. See Settings.

#4. Your agreement and renter details

Settings → Rental agreement: what every rider signs. What renters see: pickup address, phone, where replies go and pickup instructions. See Signing and ID.

#5. Payments (optional)

Connect Shopify to take payment online or on Shopify POS, or Lightspeed to put bookings on your till. Without either, mark what's paid at the counter. See Payments.

#6. Online booking (optional)

Settings → Online booking: turn on Take bookings online, pick your address and put the booking page on your website. See Booking page.

#7. Your team

Team: invite staff by email. See Team.

#8. Your first booking

Bookings → New booking. Then open it, hand it over, and take it back. See Bookings.
