Integrations
What each connection unlocks, which app uses it, and who can connect it.
Connections live in Settings → Integrations (Workshop) and Settings (Cycles). Only the owner connects or disconnects one. Credentials are encrypted and never shown in the browser again.

One app for both Workshop and Cycles
The notjust. Shopify app and the notjust. Lightspeed app each serve both Workshop and Cycles. Each app connects to your store from its own Settings. The second time, the app is already on your store, so it's just a sign-in and approve. The two share the store's access safely, and disconnecting in one leaves the other connected.

Your own Shopify app instead
A store can connect with an app it made itself in Shopify's Dev Dashboard (Client ID and secret) instead of the notjust. app. Workshop and Cycles renew its token by themselves. The scopes it needs are listed on each app's Shopify page: Workshop, Cycles.
