Dashboard
Jobs, hours, backlog and (with Shopify) revenue and profit, for any date range, per person and per job group. Managers and owners.
What the shop did, for the range you pick. Managers and owners only; staff and viewers never see it.

Pick a range
Today, Yesterday, Week to date, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or the calendar: pick a day, or two days for a range. Every figure compares with the same length of time just before, so you see what went up or down.

The rest of the page
- Jobs completed by job group, and Revenue by kind: labour, parts and products, custom items.
- Queue now: new jobs, backlog, and jobs waiting for pickup.
- By person: each person's finished jobs, hours and money. Shopify orders tagged with their name count too; orders with nobody's name tagged are shown apart.
- How long open jobs have waited.
- One card per job group (Workshop, B2B…) with its own figures.
- Rental repairs and assembly: per person, per day. See Rental rules.
- Day by day: every day's figures in a table, for ranges longer than a day.
Export
Export CSV downloads every table on the page. Print or PDF prints the page as it is, or saves it as a PDF from the print window.
Set up the numbers
In Settings → Integrations → Shopify (owner):

| Job groups | Which Shopify tags make a job count as each group. Any tag or All tags, plus tags that keep jobs out ("workshop, not b2b" stops B2B jobs counting twice). Switch off In totals for a group that shouldn't add to the headline figures |
| Labour products | The products you bill labour with, matched by SKU or title, and the time one unit is ("Labour 15 min" is 15 minutes). Suggest from my orders lists likely ones |
| Waiting for pickup | Which payment states count as waiting: payment pending, partially paid (layby), authorised but not captured |
| Rental repairs and assembly | The job titles that count as rental work, whether every job by Rental staff counts, and the tags their orders get |
Profit needs Shopify to share cost prices: the read_inventory permission. The dashboard says so if it's missing.
Keeping in step with Shopify
The first time you connect, Workshop brings in the last year of orders; the dashboard shows it syncing. After that orders arrive as they happen, and a check runs regularly to catch anything missed. The bar at the top says when it last synced, or if a sync failed.
