Getting started

Every notjust. app starts the same way: an account, a business, then your people. Nothing needs a card until your trial ends.

#Create your account

1. Open the app you want (for example workshop.notjust.com.au) and choose Register.
2. Enter your email and a password. Passwords need at least 10 characters; the form shows what's missing as you type.
3. Confirm your email from the link we send.

One account works in every notjust. app. Sign in to another app with the same email and password.

#Set up your business

After signing in you're asked for your business name and time zone. That's all it takes to start: the app opens on a 14-day free trial, with no card and no plan to pick.

• Workshop: you accept the terms (including the data processing terms) once, as the owner.
• Cycles, Sheets, Service: the trial starts as soon as the business exists.

The time zone matters: opening hours, bookings, reminders and reports all run on it. Change it later in Settings.

#Invite your team

Owners invite people by email from Team (Workshop: Settings → Team). They get a link, choose a password, and land in your business. Someone who already has a notjust. account joins the next time they sign in.

Each person gets a role. What a role can do is listed in Accounts, sign-in and roles.

Service is built for one person, so it has no team to invite.

#Connect what you already use

Shopify, Lightspeed, Podium and WhatsApp connect from Settings. What each one unlocks is in Integrations.

#When the trial ends

Choose a plan in Settings → Billing (Workshop) or Billing (other apps) before the trial runs out. Your first charge waits until the trial's last day, so choosing early costs nothing extra. If a payment later fails, the app keeps working for 7 days while you update your card.
