Plans and billing

Prices in Australian dollars. Paying yearly is ten months' price for twelve.

#Extra staff

Team and Connected can go past their staff with a seat for each extra person: A$12 a month (A$120 a year on yearly). Just is for one to three people and has no extra seats.

• During the free trial there's no staff limit: add everyone.
• When you subscribe, a seat is added for each active person past the plan's own staff. The plan cards show how many before you pick one. Just can't be picked with more than 3 active staff: archive some first, or pick Team.
• Once subscribed, Settings → Staff shows Add a staff seat when you're at your limit; it's added to your subscription straight away, the part month charged pro rata. Remove an unused seat takes one off when you have fewer people than seats.

Customers from before these plans keep the plan they signed up on, with everything in it.

#Free trial

14 days on the plan you pick, no card needed, and no staff limit. Settings → Billing shows the days left. Nothing is charged until you subscribe.

#Subscribe, change or cancel

Settings → Billing (owner): pick a plan, monthly or yearly, and pay by card through Stripe. Subscribing during the trial, the first charge is on the day the trial ends. Once subscribed, the same cards change your plan or switch between monthly and yearly; Stripe works out the difference. Manage billing opens Stripe for your card, invoices, changing plan and cancelling. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

#If a payment fails

You get 7 days to update your card, with a notice in the app. After that the board and calendar lock until the subscription is paid. Nothing is deleted.

#Workshop and Cycles together

From Cycles' Billing page, a business can add Workshop Connected, and then both plans are 20% off for as long as both run. The bundle is with Workshop Connected only. See Cycles plans.
