Team and pay
Invite people or add them without the app, set hourly and per-item rates, and decide who sees their own pay.
Invite people
Team → Invite someone (managers and owners): email and role. They get an email with a link; someone who already has an account joins the next time they sign in. Pending invitations can be cancelled.
Your plan sets how many people you can have. See Plans.
People without the app
Add member (no app): for someone whose hours you log for them (see Log for a team member). Full name, team, default hours a day and rate. Invite to the app later if they want it.
Pay (owner)
- Hourly rate: blank uses the business default.
- Rate per item: for output. Blank uses the item's default.
- They can see their own pay: shows calculated pay on their sheets, and approved pay per week in My sheets.
- Default hours/day: their usual day. Quick-approve standard in Review uses it.
Rate changes apply to new sheets only. Pay already worked out on a sheet stays as it was.
Managers never see pay: not rates, not totals.
Roles

Remove someone from the list; their submitted sheets are kept.
